Are any of the letterman's letters reproductions?
No. Only the original vintage letters are photographed and edited to match your favorite team's colors.
When will my print ship?
Prints are created on-demand when purchased. Orders will ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates only and deemed out of our control once in possession of the mail carrier service. Bilia is not responsible for late or delayed orders through shipping.
How is the artwork shipped?
Artwork 12"x12" and 11"x14" are shipped in a heavy flat mailer. 16"x16" and 16"x20" prints are shipped rolled in a heavy mailing tube. All orders are mailed through USPS with tracking provided. Generally, most packages are received within one week of shipping. Orders of multiple prints will be combined in one package for shipping.
Are returns accepted?
Returns are accepted. The buyer will receive a refund on the price of the print less a 10% restocking fee once the print is received by Bilia. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact info@biliaart.com to start the return process.
What if I receive my print damaged?
Please inspect your print as soon as you receive it and contact us via email within 4 days if any damage was incurred to the print during shipping for a full refund or replacement. Simply email us pictures of the damage at info@biliaart.com to get the process started.
Can I cancel an order and receive a refund?
Orders are eligible for cancellation and refunds before shipping occurs. It generally takes 1 day from the time of an order is placed to the time it is printed, so please be prompt when needing to cancel an order. Once a print is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Email info@biliaart.com to get the process started.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally.
Can I use your design on another product?
All prints use original custom photography. Images are produced, owned, and copyrighted by Bilia. Any use of the images displayed on the website for the intent of reselling or recreating will be subject to legal action.
Is Bilia affiliated with any colleges or universities?
Bilia is not affiliated with any college or university. Any reference or likeness to any organization is the interpretation of the viewer.
Do you take wholesale orders?

Will the color be the same from the website image to the print?
It's hard to tell. Different computer screens and monitors display color differently. We try the best we can to match what is seen on screen and reflect the schools' colors. Unfortunately, since digital and physical prints are not the same, colors can skew one way or another depending on what you are using to view the image online.
