Shipping and Returns

When will my print ship?

Prints are created on-demand when purchased. Orders will ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates only and deemed out of our control once in possession of the mail carrier service. Bilia is not responsible for late or delayed orders through shipping.  

Are returns accepted?

Returns are accepted. The buyer will receive a refund on the price of the print less a 10% restocking fee once the print is received by Bilia. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact info@biliaart.com to start the return process.

 

What if I receive my print damaged?

Please inspect your print as soon as you receive it and contact us via email within 4 days if any damage was incurred to the print during shipping for a full refund or replacement. Simply email us pictures of the damage at info@biliaart.com to get the process started.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Bilia is not responsible for addresses incorrectly entered by the customer. Email info@biliaart.com before your print ships to update your mailing address. 

Cancellation of Orders

Orders are eligible for cancellation and refunds before shipping occurs. It generally takes 1 day from the time of an order is placed to the time it is printed, so please be prompt when needing to cancel an order. Once a print is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Bilia is not obligated to fulfill any orders based on typographical or pricing errors on the website.
