High School Booster Program

At the core of Bilia is a deep love for all sports. We believe that giving back to youth sports is a great way to support organizations helping student athletes. Our high school booster program provides booster clubs with a 501(C)(3) status a donation from sales of their schools prints. 

 

Here are a few ways that we work with booster clubs:

Option 1 - 50% Sales Donation from orders on Bilia’s website

  • Booster Club or School must be a 501(c)(3) entity
  • 40% of the sale price of each school print returned to the booster club/school as long as the school remains part of the program. 
  • 10% of the sale price of all other items on eligible orders returned to the booster club/school during the incentive period, not to exceed 2 weeks. Orders must include school fundraising print to be eligible.
  • All sales are completed online through Bilia’s website and shipped as usual.
  • Sales report and donation funds provided upon completion of incentive period and quarterly thereafter.

 

Option 2 - Wholesale

  • Purchase school print or any Bilia items at wholesale price (50% retail)
  • Free shipping on orders of 10 or more prints.
  • Prints sold to constituents at the retail price.

 

Option 3 - Presale

  • Online order form provided by Bilia.
    1. Orders are collected by the school
    2. School is invoiced at the wholesale price upon completion of the fundraiser.
    3. Payment is collected by the school.• Order is fulfilled by Bilia upon completion of the fundraiser and receipt of payment.
  • Prints are shipped/delivered to the school, sorted and packaged by order
  • Free shipping on final orders of 10 or more prints.

Marketing

Marketing is the responsibility of the school. School-specific marketing materials provided by Bilia. This includes:

  • Social Media Posts
  • 8.5x11 PDF flier
  • Email images
  • Sample print available upon request
  • Imagery for ecommerce/website for wholesale/presale options

 

Item Availability

Upon completion of the fundraiser, the school print will become available as a regular retail item on Bilia’s website with clear notation the fundraiser has ended.
